Hot Times

Temperatures in the 80's this week have reminded me why we pay the big bucks to live in SoCal. We've been swimming, bike riding and pretty much outside at least 5 hours a day it seems like.

Look Who's One

For Gwen's birthday she got four shots in the leg, lost her privilege of eating with a shirt on and got into a fight with one of her only friends, haha. The good news is that it can only get better from here. We had a little party, celebrating the fact that we haven't killed her yet. (We dropped the ball and waited too long to take pictures so there aren't any good ones, oops.)
22.5 lbs; 30 in. long (75th percentile for both).

New Year's Dip

To celebrate the end of 2008, Lorena and I started a new tradition. I'm lucky to have such a wild and crazy biker-chick friend who would fly all the way across the country to take a "midnight" jump in the Pacific.
