Illegal Peddlers - The caller reported two white men in their late 20s or early 30s. They wore backpacks and dressed in long-sleeved shirts and ties. The caller did not know if they had permits to peddle goods. Police detemined they were not peddlers at all - they were missionaries with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (also known as Mormons).
